Just Some Quick Pics

Just a few quick pictures before I go to bed. You are spared my commentary this time . . .

A quick peak at our 3 little lovies back home with their cousin Maddy. Looks like Aunt Lori is keeping everyone busy!

And a random shot of dangling chicken.

The skin hanging off the chicken feet looks particularly tasty! Yum!

I can't stop laughing about the "random dangling chicken". I think there is a song in there somewhere! "Oh, I'm a man in China today, do da-do da, I found some dangling chickens my way, oh the doo dah DAAAAAYYY!" (to the tune of Camptown Races! It's all I can come with right now! Ha! Ha! LOL!) So happy to read your updates! Just a few more days until the whole Beattie clan is together! Of course, you'll be in a tent in Haaahp-schwell, but the abundance of love will see you through! (And maybe some "boxes-o-wine! LOL!)
Gag-neeeee! :>)

Hi all, I think I'll stick to salmon! Sunny and spring-like here. The sun is out. I interviewed yesterday and will do so again today for CELEBRATING EXTRAORDINARY MAINE EDUCATORS: LEADERS CONTINUE TO LEARN AND TEACH. Verdell Jones will be in my Guidance Counselor chapter and he agreed to do so if (my suggestion anyway) his and your class's work, Bart, he with all of you and all of you with him, is central to his section of the chapter. You know I like nepotism in my books if I can manage it, eh? Donny and Leslie will get in there also. Verdell thought they were 'crazy' but a good crazy. I'll learn about that. Thanks for all the blog photos and narratives of the past. ove, DAD

Oh, Beattie family!!! You make us want to go to the East and squeeze some babies, nibble thier ears, and wiggle their nose! Aren't babies so precious? We are so happy for you and continue to talk about your adventure. We sure do love to see the face of your addition, Nina, since she is radiating when she smiles! What a beautiful girl. My girls are enthralled with the whole life experience. Please send more pictures. What you are accumlating in pictures now will be forever cherished by Nina, as I am sure you know. My girls ADORE their adoption albums and often peruse them.
As for the chicken, you always make us smile. I like that about you. The Frohloff's
